As a former dancer and performer, mindful movement has always been a part of my life. I got certified to teach Pilates after taking group reformer classes in college, and began teaching at elite LA studios straight away. Two decades and 15,000 hours of instructing later, here we are! After working with hundreds of people over the years, all with different experience and backgrounds, I've developed my own unique pilates method.
