The Pregnancy Program

Welcome to the Pilates By Sorel pregnancy program, included in my on-demand membership.

When I found out I was having my first baby, I decided to use everything I had learned from two decades of teaching Pilates and apply it to my own prenatal journey.

Filmed in real time, I built this program to reflect each different phase of my pregnancy, so expecting moms everywhere could have safe and effective workouts to follow from home - videos for all 40 weeks.

This program will help you increase strength, stay flexible and mobile, and support your changing body. Each class is dedicated to a specific week of pregnancy, and includes traditional Pilates mat work, gentle cardio sessions, and feel-good stretching to prepare for labor and delivery.

You’ll learn how to engage and relax your pelvic floor, get in touch with supportive breathing techniques, and most importantly feel empowered to stay active and healthy throughout all three trimesters. The classes also offer moments of connection, self-care, and celebration of the incredible journey you’re on.
